AdHoc Committee on Protocols and Indoctrinations
Commissioned by PGSA Murray, co-Chaired committee on Protocols and Indoctrinations to consolidate and enhance indoctrinations into fraternity for New Archons and existing Archons to enhance knowledge base of Archons.
Resulted in comprehensive document that includes fraternity introduction to protocols, various fraternity objectives and programs, Regional and Grand initiatives, etc. Can be utilized during pre-induction or post induction.

Developed Budget for International expansion into 4 distinct locations.
Assisted in coordination of Grand Sire International Getaway to S. Africa where we presented check to organization.

Developed instruments for communication within XI
Coordinated with all 6 Southern California Member Boules for frequent fellowship. Led monthly meetings with all Sires to discuss each MB objectives and share information. Had social events sponsored by each MB that the others were invited to.
Facilitated the initial relationship with McKenzie and Company to develop partnership with AA companies to facilitate consulting for Archon led businesses. Resulted in study done by McKenzie for SPP to assess fraternity operations.
Coordinated the inception of the initial virtual Regionals for 2021 by reaching out to all Regional Boulé Chairs to facilitate ideas of implementation while also achieving economies of scale. Resulted in Regional Sires involvement along with Grand Technology Committee implementation for 55th Grand Boulé.
